What we do

An operations engine for a one-person retail business. It cross-lists to every platform with per-platform title and category optimisation, delists everywhere the instant something sells to prevent oversells, refreshes stale listings on the schedule each platform rewards, and reprices against live comparable sold data rather than a fixed percentage rule. It tells the seller which inventory is dead capital and what it will actually fetch today, which is the decision that determines whether the business grows.

Who we built it for

Full-time and serious part-time resellers on eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Vinted and Facebook Marketplace, carrying 300 to 20,000 items of inventory.

The problem

Reseller income is a direct function of listing freshness and cross-platform coverage, and both are pure repetitive labour.

Items go stale and stop being shown, prices drift away from the market, the same item sells on two platforms causing a cancellation and a rating hit, and cross-posting by hand takes hours a week that could be spent sourcing.
